Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026. This policy applies to all purchases made on lipologyevents.com and in-person at Lipology locations.

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: • Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. • Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will issue a full refund or replacement. • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund: • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons). • Injectable products and related medical supplies. • Gift cards or store credit. • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. • Promotional or heavily discounted items (unless defective).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund. 2. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective. 3. We will review your request within 3 business days. 4. If approved, you will receive return instructions (if applicable). 5. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order. We will prioritize processing your refund to minimize any inconvenience.

6. Return Shipping

For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at [email protected]. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our refund policy. For orders placed via POS (in-person), cancellation requests must be made at the time of purchase.

8. VIP Points and Refunds

If you earned VIP loyalty points on a refunded purchase, those points will be deducted from your account. If the point deduction results in a tier downgrade, your tier will be adjusted accordingly. Points used for discounts on a refunded order will be restored to your account.

9. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact your card issuer to initiate a chargeback. However, we encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
